Job Description
As a UI Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of UI developers (web & mobile) to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time execution. You will own the UI architecture and technology roadmap, advocating for best practices in code structure, performance, and scalability. Collaboration with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers will be essential to bring concepts to life with seamless front-end experiences. Setting coding standards, reviewing code, and ensuring maintainability, performance, and security will be part of your responsibilities. It is important to stay updated on emerging UI frameworks, tools, and trends, and introduce relevant ones to improve development productivity and UX. Driving cross-platform development strategies using technologies like ReactJS and React Native will be a key aspect of your role. Troubleshooting UI-related issues and finding effective solutions independently will also be expected.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in ReactJS, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and responsive design principles.
- Experience in building cross-platform mobile applications.
- Ability to guide architectural decisions and refactor large-scale applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, etc.
This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 15/07/2026.,
