As a Lead Designer in our team, you will be part of a fast-paced and forward thinking team of like-minded designers with a passion for design and problem-solving. Everyday, youll have new and exciting opportunities to make life brighter for our Clients - who are at the heart of everything we do. You will be working closely with junior and senior designers, turning ideas to wireframes and finally to awesome user interfaces ranging from landing pages, web and mobile applications. Together we will design good-looking, aesthetically pleasing and functionally great applications that deliver a pleasant User ExperienceCommunicate the concept, ideas and outcomes of the research to the entire design and development team to maintain a smooth flow of information
Job Description
• Create design prototypes, features and specifications for the company based on user insights.
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality with in - depth understanding of clients and users.
• Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.
• Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep coming
• Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows and visual designs as per ProCreator standards and client needs.
• Interact with clients/users to understand their needs and develop better products/ websites/ application.
• Designing and setting up Design systems and components such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
• Spearhead execution of all design stages from concept to final hand-off for development.
• Design user experiences for software applications through the creation of interaction flows, design patterns and medium to high fidelity prototypes.
• Deep expertise with a variety of design tools for designing, prototyping, and wire-framing (primarily Figma, Protopie)
• Leading, directing and mentoring internal resources.
• Applying strategic design thinking to real-world problems.
Requirements
• 3-4+ years of experience.
• Strong awareness of UX/UI approaches and methodologies – research, interviews, personas, competitor analysis, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, design systems and prototyping.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to mentor and guide junior designers.
• Be able to review team members work and maintain a healthy team spirit.
• Ownership for the team and deliverables.
• Capability to perform tasks independently as well as motivating team members to take ownership in their respective work areas.
