Lead | User Access Management

Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents. Work with senior leadership to ensure that the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Develop and maintain training materials related to identity and access management. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends. Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates. Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Respond to audit findings and implement remediation measures. Handle escalated customer inquiries and support tickets. Managerial Responsibility Manages the UAM team in the design and development of UAM processes for the bank Pan India Management of a team focused on all facets of UAM including Identity, Governance, Access Management and Privileged Access. Establish robust process for Joiners, Movers and Leavers across the bank for effective control monitoring and demonstration Drive the centralisation of UAM activities across applications for all kind of user sets Succession and Disaster Recovery planning and tests for UAM team Be always audit ready Configuration and ownership of UAM application and implementation for their functional area. Review and approve the vendor requirements specifications being in line with business requirement, assist with UAT and ensure that delivery meets the requirements Define the success criteria for UAM team and UAM Application Have good knowledge on data reconciliation.
