Lead Videographer & Editor
LaFetch is India's freshest fashion destination, a curated marketplace for the coolest homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.
We move fast.
We shoot faster.
And we need someone who can turn ideas into finished, scroll-stopping videos, without things falling apart mid-shoot.
This is not a passive role.
This is execution-first production.
You'll be the person who takes a reference, a script, and a storyboard: and makes sure what we envisioned actually shows up on screen, on time, and looking premium.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Owning video production end-to-end, once the concept, reference, and storyboard is shared, execution is fully on you.
Directing shoots with clarity and confidence, ensuring every frame, angle, and movement matches the creative intent.
Handling videography hands-on: camera setup, lenses, lighting, framing, camera modes, and shooting formats.
Managing all production equipment including cameras, lights, tripods, mics, studio gear, and ensuring everything is shoot-ready, its a plus if you already own equipment.
Editing videos with a strong sense of pacing, flow, and platform-first thinking (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, ads, app placements).
Creating and integrating 2D motion graphics where required to elevate content.
Coordinating props and shoot essentials so nothing is missing once the camera turns on.
Liaising with vendors when needed, studios, equipment rentals, freelancers, or external production support.
Ensuring shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule, even when things change last minute.
Maintaining quality control across raw footage, edits, exports, and final deliveries.
Experimenting with AI tools for editing, workflows, and creative enhancements (a big plus).
Basically… if a LaFetch video exists, you were responsible for how it was shot, directed, edited, and delivered.

Who We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in videography, video production, or content creation.
Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing shooting, direction, editing, and motion graphics (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and studio setups.
Execution-focused mindset with minimal supervision needed.
Fashion, lifestyle, or brand content experience is a big plus.
AI knowledge or experimentation is a bonus, not a requirement.
