Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Visual Designer to be an integral part of our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ideating, conceptualizing, and designing high-quality visual output, including hands-on work. The candidate should be passionate and creative, with the ability to lead projects independently.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing projects that include creative presentation design, developing Qcept's social media posts strategy and design, building marketing collateral, and more.
Relevant professional experience should range between 4-8 years.
Responsibilities
• Creative direction and delivery: Lead the creative vision and execution for all design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Client engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide design consultations, and translate their ideas into visually compelling presentations.
• Project management: Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Quality assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control, reviewing all design work before it is presented to clients
• Innovation and trends: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to continuously improve our design services.
Qualifications and skills
• Expert proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions clearly.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about design.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including presentations, social media marketing, branding, and other visual materials.
CTC range
6 lakhs to 15 lakhs per annum (depending on candidate strength and roles & responsibilities the person can handle)
