Key Deliverables
• Smooth operations of sub stores providing end to end support to HDO team in terms of material planning and availability
• Lifecycle management of FF and Home pass roll out vendors
• CWIP control - Onsite and Warehouse for all LOBs (Mobility, FF and Homes)
• MDP and MRN Governance
• Smooth warehousing operations
• Timely Scrap disposal
• SRN Governance
• Own site operations - Landlord and 3rd party management
• Driving WoW in Opex and Capex
