Our client is fast growing US based software company working with 50+ big clients of US including several fortune 500 companies on different domains like Insurance, Media, Education, Healthcare etc
They are working on projects with cutting edge technologies like Android, Iphone, Blackberry, ROR, Java fx, Grails, flex along with the most demanded Dot net, JAVA, PHP etc. and employ 100+ experienced developers in their offshore development center in Noida.
Job Objective & Key Result Areas
Knowledge of Action script will be an added advantage.
Candidate must have extensive understanding of web 2.0 concepts & table less using div (CSS2), XHTML and JavaScript.
Creating high end designs/visuals for brand websites, micro sites, portal designs, and static and e-commerce websites.
Closely work with the application development team for smooth transition of the project from design to development
Meet client expectations and have the ability to understand client requirements and reflect that in the design layouts, animations
The Lead designer may also be required to engage with the client during the design phase of a particular project
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including needs assessment, quality service standards and satisfaction evaluation.
Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques.
Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications. Ensure that all web sites are accessible from a variety of different platforms, screen depths and other constraints.
Lead the existing staff to build mockups and prototypes establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.
Qualification:
• Any graduate.
Experience:
• 5 - 7 years

Working knowledge of design best practices for the web.
