Job Description JD: Troubleshoot Microsoft Server Operating Systems Windows 2012 R2 and 2016, 2026. 2026 Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, ADFS, Hyper-V, VMWare, SCCM configuration. Help engineer, deploy manage MoveIT Ipswich SFTP systems. Experience in SFTP migration and file transmission management. Experience in PowerShell or terraform scripts. Experience in Managing PKI infrastructure. Azure System Administration will be added advantage. Excellent troubleshooting skills Able to solve authentication issues, troubleshoot connectivity issues with servers and certificates and support network team in solving complex issues. Experience with integrating applications and providing support related to infrastructure. Enhance and improve existing infrastructure through automation and reporting. Take handoff of problems from SME leads and work them independently to root cause. Knowledge on O365, MS Intune, MS teams. Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for Infrastructure issues. Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps. Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation. Managerial Responsibilities Act as the lead engineer assessing new technologies Lifecycle management of existing services and products Guide the work of System Engineers, as these resources install, configure, test and maintain cloud services from AWS, operating systems, application software, management tools Responsible for developing, implementing, supporting, and monitoring all engineering functions vital for the efficient operation of the CSHS Wintel Server environments.
