Role : CSR Program Lead
Band : (AVP - DVP)
Reporting : Head of Corporate Social Responsibility
Job Description :
- Evaluate, write proposal/concept notes & sanction of new programs, renew of existing programs in line with the CSR Strategy and CSR Policy.
- Manage and track programs and ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programmes aligned with sanctioned timelines, outcome and milestones.
- Conduct Due-Diligence, Documentation and on-boarding of NPOs/CSOs.
- Conduct periodic program reviews, monitoring & evaluation to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
- Ensuring Governance, Compliance and Audit Readiness.
- Prepare periodic presentation on program performance.
- Documentation of successes stories of partners & case studies
- Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive required engagement and promote Cause Marketing & Branding.
Curate Employee volunteering opportunities with the NPOs/CSOs
The ideal candidate would have :
- Masters in Social Work (MSW)/ Post-Graduate with overall 10 + years with experience in CSR, NGO or Development Agency.
- Corporate Experience or Corporate Cross-over will be an advantage.
- Preferable with domain experience in Education, Environment Sustainability, Sports, Healthcare, Skilling & Rural Development.
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations, best practices in CSR Ecosystem
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel on work in rural communities.
- A person with high personal integrity, team spirit and a passion for driving societal change.
- A self-starter with ability to work closely with people at all levels, from NGO's, Senior corporate executives to Government officials to Community Leaders to Consultants.
- Have a smart personality and good communication and presentation skills
- Based out of Mumbai
