The Position:

To drive business with lead generation methods such as door knocking, putting up signs, networking, and creating relationships

Serving our clients with a high level of service and professionalism at all times

Attending community networking events and making relationships to help further the brand in the territory

Serving people by finding out which of our services they are in need of: window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, spraying for spiders, snow removal and Christmas light installation.

Working directly alongside the Company Owner to ensure we meet our targets and our clients are served well.

Ensuring client’s phone calls and emails are answered promptly within the same day.

Tracking weekly booking metrics in Google Drive and reporting these reports to company owner to help make strategic decisions for the company.

Accurately updating the company CRM on a weekly basis, so that sales statistics are accurate and the company can make strategic decisions

Who You Are:

Willing to learn - You do not need experience as a salesperson

Comfortable talking to strangers

Strong communication skills

A proactive attitude towards learning and taking on new challenges

Experience as door knocking would be helpful but is not essential

Hard-working, efficient, and humble. We hire for attitude and character and we train for skill.

Compensation:

Hourly pay + Commission
