The team are focussed on how we offer development opportunities for leaders and kaimahi at Council. With Te Kāpuia, we are pioneering a fresh new approach leadership development.
This newly created position will speak to you if you desire to bring your leadership programme content expertise and experience to elevate how we support our organisation to evolve and uplift leadership capability. We have completed a review of our previous leadership programmes, and identified a blueprint of what Te Kāpuia will include. This mahi is ready for you to inject your thought leadership, your leadership development experience, and your desire to innovate to bring it to life.
You will be driven by innovation, have strategic thought leadership with specialist technical knowledge in the design of leadership development You will be inspired by the opportunity to:
Design content development for our leader learning modules
Develop a leadership capability framework and principles
Design our leadership 360 approach (aligned to the leadership capability framework)
We're looking for someone who can do more than simply roll out what's been done in the past. You'll have the experience and confidence to challenge existing conventions around leadership development and the content we've traditionally relied on. Join us as we embark on a journey to realise our aspirations of Te Kāpuia - the focus and possibilities of which are exciting and groundbreaking.
This is a 6-month fixed term role.
