Job Title:- Analytics Operation Leadership Role
Analytics Operation will be part of the Analytics leadership team and responsible for following:
Providing operational day-to-day guidance on the activities carried out through our Martech tool.
Hands on driving marketing automation at organization level.
Will be working with various Product and other relevant stakeholders to strategize/Develop campaigns and execute them on-time with 100% accuracy.
Track and analyze key metrics including campaign TATs, team performance at an individual level.
Assist with on-boarding and training of new executives in the team on processes, data and Martech tool
Own the end-to-end process of campaign journey, from creating of flows to execution of campaigns to providing the data to Analysts for analyzing the efficacy of the campaigns
Driving the operational efficiency of a large team thus driving various metrics
Create compelling and effective dashboards, metrics and analytical reports that clearly convey results for marketing pipeline, social media email campaign performance etc
Required to have:
11 – 18 years of Analytics and marketing automation exposure.
Strong hold over reporting/MIS/Dashboarding in campaigns.
Extensive control over People and process management.
Working exposure of SQL, SOQL and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA
