Designation : RM CASA
Location : Ahmedabad& Vadodara
CTC : 4 to 7
Job Responsibilities
Acquire high value new to bank customers to Bank on a monthly basis
• Complete family banking proposition for families of customers on-boarded in order to increase Relationship Value of customers acquired
• Manage the relationships of clients provided in order to enhance wallet share
• Sharp execution of Cross-sell strategy of the Bank for all mapped and acquired clients including:
• Digital Channel Activation b. Activation for Digital Wealth Management c. Selling Investment and Insurance Products d. Selling Asset Products
• Achieve Individual Book and Fee Income targets as mandated in HR Goal Sheet in order to secure highest rating as per policy of the Bank
• Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner
• Provide regular feedback to Branch / Head Office team for improved customer relationship management at
