Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve business targets across asset, liability, and cross-sell products.
• Focus on acquiring new clients and driving the team to deliver superior results while maintaining existing relationships.
• Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the team from the front and keep them motivated.
Requirements:
• CA or MBA in finance or marketing with a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, including DCM, Forex, Trade, and CMS.
• Excellent communication, written, and oral skills with an eye for detail and ability to influence relationship management.
