We are now seeking an experienced and motivated afternoon shift Leading Hand and Injection Moulding Technician. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Based at St Agnes, your role will include:
Supporting a team of die setters and operators on shift.
Set up, optimise and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and tooling
Ensure production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime
Coordinate mould changes and CI initiatives
Provide training and mentoring to team members
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
