The Opportunity

This role will find you in the CBD of Sydney Monday to Friday to support a Partner and Head of the Sydney Office, of one of Australia’s fastest-growing legal practices. In a firm known for building lasting relationships and working with high-end clients, you will grow as a professional and become a valued and trusted member of the team.



The Responsibility



Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the property practice and the co-head of the Sydney office;
Manage complex calendars and email correspondence, scheduling internal and external meetings and coordinating travel arrangements;
Client liaison and communication;
Billing and expense management;
Maintain client and matter records, documents and databases;
Ad hoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopying.


The Expertise



The ideal profile will have a minimum 3-5 years of Personal or Executive Assistant experience in the legal industry or supporting a legal team. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask will be instrumental in calendar management, meeting arrangement, document preparation and travel coordination. You will have strong written and verbal communication as well as broad people-skills with a warmth and ability to contribute to a positive culture. Ideally, you will have billing and legal systems experience and be proficient in MS Office Suite. We are seeking someone who can uphold themselves with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, but can ultimately have a laugh, bring a lust for learning and a sense of enthusiasm to this diverse and close-knit team!
