Overview: Our esteemed Hatted Restaurant is committed to delivering exceptional food and service in one of Australia's most picturesque regions. We seek a seasoned Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Crafting exquisite desserts that showcase your creativity and skill
Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef and Operations Director to deliver seamless service
Leading the pastry team and inspiring them to achieve excellence
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Proven experience in Hatted or Michelin-starred establishments
A passion for innovation and excellence in pastry and dessert creation
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the pastry team
