Job Description
Looking for a Branch Relationship Manager who can join immediately with Kotak Mahindra Bank's direct payroll:
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Applicants must be currenly working with a leading Private Bank's Branch Banking vertical in SOUTH KOLKATA region SPECIFICALLY
2. Should have own 2/4 wheeler to commute
3. Should be managing an existing set of cm portfolio for the last 2yrs+ minimum
4. Should have a proven track record and having 1/2 (being the best) performance rating for the last 2 FY's
5. Well versed in NTB ACQUISITIONS & cross selling CASA PRODUCTS / THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS / LOAN & OTHER RETAIL BANKING REVENUE EARNING PRODUCTS
6. Should be presentable, having sound interpersonal skill & well versed in ENGLISH, HINDI & BENGALI languages
7. Comfortable in interacting with HNI CLIENTS and having SERVICE TO SALES approach
8. Build & deepen relationships so as to get maximum wallet share
+. Plan & meet assigned budgeted sales targets and thereby earning incentives
10 Adhering to Bank's policy on KYC norms on acquisitions as well as compliance requirements of Regularity Authorities being AMFI / IRDA certified
