About NorthStar HR Consultants
As a self-serve, No Code platform, we enable manufacturers to connect to industrial automation systems and generate reports and analytics with ease. Our platform is designed specifically for the manufacturing industry, empowering engineers to design their own reporting and analytics without coding knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new software products and enhancements to existing products as a lead developer
• Work with large-scale applications and frameworks, showcasing outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in software development, with Linux/Unix/windows expertise preferred
• Excellent programming skills in Python, data structures, algorithms, and debugging/troubleshooting
• Ability to write scalable, efficient code and lead team efforts
• Proven work experience as a team leader, API development with web frameworks in Python, and threading limitations
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work on complex items, and knowledge of NoSQL Databases an added advantage
• Clear written and verbal communications skills (English), with experience in Docker desired
