• Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums / seminars pertaining to process; compliance and audit
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
• Driving CI culture; implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team
• Analyse complex datasets and make it consumable using visual storytelling and visualization tools such as reports and dashboards built using approved tools (Tableau; BI)
• Acts as the first point of contact for any new reporting and simplification requirements that come from internal teams or the markets.
• Experience in handling quick turnaround business requests; managing stakeholder communication and solving business asks;
going beyond the basic stakeholder asks
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Guide the team by utilizing deep expertise in MIS Reporting; Excel; VBA Automation and Data Warehousing to construct quick;
simple; easy to use tools and reports. (Hadoop; Teradata; SQL)
Ensuring business continuity with the available resources
Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; SQL; automation systems (Alteryx; VBA)
• Working Knowledge of Visualization tools (Tableau; Power BI; MicroStrategy)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Numeracy skills; Logical Reasoning; Planning and Organising; Stakeholder Management
• Adv Database Querying and Data Management skills - Hadoop; Teradata
• Process Mapping Tools and Techniques
• Commercial Retail Knowledge - Proven track record of handling ad-hoc analysis, developing dashboards and visualizations based on business asks - Ability to translate requirements gathered from stakeholders into meaningful products (Report / Insight packs / Dashboards / Automations)
