Role/Job Title: Lead-Product Owner
Business: Transaction Banking Group
Function/ Department: TBG-CMS Product
Place of work: Mumbai
Job Purpose
The job purpose is to develop, structure, and customize Cash Management products/services such as Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Channels, etc. The role also involves providing best-in-class solutions to clients and conducting research on new product development and market situations on a continuous basis.
Key Responsibilities
Ideate, innovate and implement new products as relevant in eco system with twin benefit to Bank and customer.
• Ideate, innovate and implement new products relevant to the ecosystem with twin benefits to Bank and customer.
• Engage customers through the funnel and implement business funnels.
• Integrate with Fin-techs and partnerships.
• Manage the product/feature backlog.
• Prioritize delivery.
• Manage squad-level cost and efficiency.
• Manage productivity and capacity.
• Ensure UI/UX and accessibility.
• Manage bugs backlog.
• Overcome delivery and internal impediments.
• Enable campaigns.
• Enable customer communication.
• Create value for the end-user.
• Prioritize backlog.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Define the vision by researching Fin-techs, Banking, E-commerce, and other leading apps to find the best fit experience for customers in all tech and non-tech aspects.
• Manage the product backlog by defining, detailing, and prioritizing the product backlog across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view of the value being delivered periodically.
Key Success Metrics
The key success metrics are project-based delivery and measuring agreed outcomes in a time-bound manner
