Responsibilities
We are seeking a Full-Time highly organized and energetic League Event Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our league events calendar
This role is crucial in ensuring that all events run smoothly, providing an exceptional experience for participants and spectators alike
Plan, organize, and manage league events calendar associated with every CXVH schedule event
Coordinate with league and arena officials to ensure the smooth operation of events
Manage event logistics, including personnel assignments, scheduling, and equipment management
Collaborate communications with leagues, teams and within the Cosm marking team
Ensure compliance with league regulations, as well as health and safety standards
Communicate with direct repots on-site event issues, helping to provide solutions quickly and effectively
Track and report on product and team performance for every event
Location: Cranberry PA (remote monitoring of events)
Work Hours: Varies based on event schedule, including weekends and evenings
