Our Leak Detection Project Managers are more than technicians. It’s their commitment to being leaders in the industry and serving customers from beginning to end which sets them apart from the competition. You’ll join a field team that is committed to building and maintaining client relationships through excellent service. Your primary focus will be to provide leak detection services in addition to growing our Leak Detection footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Utility Locating & Clearance: Use utility locating equipment to identify underground utilities and ensure safe clearance around any leak sites. This includes coordination with utility services to prevent damage or disruption.
Water Line Identification: Accurately locate water lines to support leak detection efforts and ensure proper mapping of infrastructure.
Leak Detection: Employ acoustic, tracer gas, or other advanced methods to detect and pinpoint leaks in water systems.
Site Assessment & Reporting: Document findings, assess risk areas, and provide detailed reports to support repair planning and compliance.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines when working around utilities and infrastructure.
Leak Detection Project Managers receive a base salary of $55,000 and a monthly bonus based on revenue, after initial paid training is complete.

Educational background in construction management, surveying technology, engineering or relevant job experience, preferred.
Direct experience in Water Leak Locating is preferred; training will be provided to those without this experience.
Proven problem-solving skills
Demonstrated team player
Possess skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Drive and ability to learn how to use GPR and other equipment to complete locating projects – we have the experts and a state-of-the-art facility to teach you, we need to know you want to learn new skills and have the drive for safety and excellence in everything you do
Must be physically capable of carrying up to 60 pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule – including overnights and nights/weekends as needed.
Able to pass a drug screen and background criteria commensurate with industry standards
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
Must live within or willing to move within 50 miles of posted city
