The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement Lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Implementing and managing Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
Analyzing data to identify process inefficiencies, develop recommendations, and lead process improvement projects.
Providing training and coaching to team members on Lean methodologies and tools.
Collaborating with IT and business teams to drive automation and digital transformation projects.
Monitoring project progress and report on key performance indicators to management.
Ideal Profile
Skills required:
You have 10+ years of experience in process excellence, project improvement, and digital transformation.
You have certification in Black or Green Belt is required.
You have experience in implementing Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
You have strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
You possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
