Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 (Based on the quality provided by you in the recruitment round)
Work Timings: Flexible
Responsibilities:
• Identifying the needs of associates in terms of technical skills and soft skills, and creating training modules.
• Designing and implementing training programs as per department requirements
• Conduct upskilling programs for associates and department managers
• Conducting company orientation for associates
• Be a brand ambassador and propagate the company values and protocol
• Carry out our existing L&D program along with the HR Team
• Curate assessments for skill-training
Skills we’re looking for:
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the HR/Operations/L&D field
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canva
• Knowledge of the best practices in employee training and development
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge of content development and presentation
• Creativity
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: If you have knowledge of content writing, that’s a plus!
