Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating various learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Key Result Areas:
• LMS Administration:
• Execute and manage the Organizational Learning Management System (LMS) Oracle Fusion, overseeing input and output processing of courses and sessions.
• Generate monthly reports on LMS operations and provide intelligence at course and program levels.
• Digital Learning Management:
• Take ownership of digital learning licenses (Skillsoft) and reporting, serving as the primary contact for digital learning platforms.
• Develop intelligence reports on license utilization and strategize future license acquisitions to optimize organizational resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with license providers to negotiate impactful pricing savings.
• Global – Corporate Induction:
• Manage induction programs within the India region, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on induction programs and conduct quarterly feedback sessions with inductees.
• Analyze feedback data and prepare quarterly analytical reports on induction programs and post-induction feedback.
• Reporting and Regulatory Requirement Management:
• Collaborate with the ISO and Audit team to develop an annual calendar for regulatory requirements.
• Ensure completion of annual audits for the L&D department with no review remarks.
• Collect regulatory requirement data from the L&D team and ensure proper documentation.
• Global Compliance Course Management:
• Manage the execution of Global Compliance courses, ensuring timely completion and generating gap reports.
• Prepare semi-annual reports on compliance training, including reporting on non-completed individuals and teams.
• Learning Certification - Reimbursement and Recovery Management:
• Record, track, and report learning certification reimbursement requests.
• Coordinate with the HR team on a monthly basis to identify candidates for reimbursement recovery.
• Ensure all certification-approved candidates sign required compliance documents before reimbursements are processed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in learning and development coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
