The candidate should be from BPO Background only.
Education:
Experience :
· Graduate /PG in any stream
· PG in Human resource management will be an added advantage
7 – 10 yrs
Roles and responsibilities:
· Significant experience with effective Learning and development methods (Instructional designing).
· Strong communication skills with a good ability to built relations with employees and vendors.
· The Manager would be involved in developing both online and offline content.
· L&D Manager will closely work with all stakeholders in Organizational objectives / Culture .
· The position will involve travelling to deliver programmers across sites in India.
· The Manager will be responsible for pre and post assessment of the programmes.
· Continuously evaluate and update the efficacy of the content
