We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Group Learning & Development Manager to join our forward-thinking team and take the key driving role in shaping our future L&D offering.

From spearheading our acclaimed THRIVE leadership programme to implementing our future learning platforms, you'll be shaping the future of our team and ensuring our commitment to excellence remains as strong as ever. What You'll Be Doing

Creating & Delivering: Develop tailored learning programmes that inspire and equip our teams, blending traditional and tech-forward approaches to match our high standards in luxury hospitality.

Champion Leadership Development: Co-deliver and co-ordinate our award-winning THRIVE leadership programme, supporting the development of future leaders across the collection and empowering our teams to reach their full potential.

Drive our Grow with Eden strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders across all departments to ensure our L&D initiatives align with business objectives. You’ll identify current and future skill gaps, ensuring our training supports the continued success of our people and our business.

Innovating with Tech: You'll be responsible for the design and implementation of a cutting-edge e-learning offering, harnessing the power of AI to create flexible, modern-day learning solutions that engage our teams. You'll continuously refine and innovate these programmes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our workforce;

Foster a Culture of Growth: Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across all levels of the business, supporting our teams with opportunities to grow, thrive, and develop in their roles.

Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with managers, department heads, and senior leadership across our properties to ensure your learning programmes meet the specific needs of each hotel and team. Your ability to understand different business challenges and tailor learning accordingly will be key.

What You'll Need
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally in luxury hospitality, with a strong focus on delivering training that meets exceptional standards.
• A supportive and encouraging nature, with the ability to coach and develop both managers and teams across diverse areas.
• A natural coach and mentor, you have the ability to develop both managers and team members, fostering leadership capabilities across the business.
• To be passionate about innovation and enjoy developing unique, creative L&D solutions. Ideally, you have experience of or a keen interest in integrating AI into learning platforms, using technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Outstanding organisational skills and an eye for detail, ensuring every piece of learning you design is flawless and impactful.
• Tech Savvy with experience in implementing e-learning platforms and an interest in leveraging AI to enhance digital learning is highly desirable. You’ll need to stay ahead of trends and continuously adapt your approach to keep things fresh.
• A true love for the hospitality industry and a natural affinity for delivering exceptional guest experiences, which ideally will have been developed through previous operational experience to HOD level within the luxury hotel market.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
• CIPD L&D and/or coaching qualifications would be advantageous

The successful post holder will be based within a commutable distance of our Warwickshire hotels and Head Office, with flexibility to travel to Devon. Whilst the role is ideally full time, five days per week – some flexibility would be considered.
