Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Senior Manager, located in Ghaziabad. The Learning and Development Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective learning programs, supported by a data & AI driven platform. Key duties include conducting needs assessments, coordinating training programs, delivering training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and managing a team of trainers. The role will also involve staying updated with the latest trends in educational technologies and applying them to enhance training programs.
Qualifications
• At least 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, and Talent Management
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
• Skills in Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development, and Training Delivery
• Proficiency in Educational Technologies, E-Learning Platforms, and Learning Management Systems
• Excellent Project Management, Leadership, and Organizational Skills
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Facilitation Skills
• Ability to manage and develop a team of trainers
Remuneration
• INR 10 Lakhs per annum to INR 12 Lakhs per annum plus variables
