We are looking to expand our core training team by adding a Learning Architect. As a learning architect you will be at the leading edge of designing and leading people transformation programs for progressive organisations.
• What will you be doing
- With Clients : Help build a better organisation by interviewing leaders & participants to create learning content, Design people interventions, Review individual progress and make a real difference.
- With Internal teams : Strategise on how to make a real difference to people, work with different teams (marketing, operations and tech) to create better products
• Qualifications
- You should be a coach/ trainer who is extremely comfortable with corporates and designing learning interventions for them
- Or You should come from an organisation psychology with knowledge on organisation competencies, linking learning and business outcomes
- Extremely high communication skills.
- Have worked with corporates in need analysis and designed programs to serve those needs
- Done root cause analysis on what is working and not working in an intervention
