At Ashiana – Kid Centric, we need a bold Executive to lead our mission. You’ll create a community where kids’ physical, social, and emotional growth comes first through exciting programs and events.
Our Mission: To spark joy, curiosity, and become launchpad for lifelong growth in kids aged 0-16 with new-age activities, meaningful programs, and community events that take modern childhood to new heights and unlocks a new realm for families with children.
What You’ll Do
1. Craft Transformative Programs: Build and run creative programs, events, and activities with experts. Make them fun & qualitative for all kids’ ages and keep evolving them.
2. Build a Kid-Centric Community: Champion a culture of inclusivity, positivity, and kid friendliness within our residential space. Advocate for policies that prioritize children and foster strong, supportive bonds among families.
3. Lead with Passion: Guide a talented team of trainers, instructors, and experts, igniting their passion for nurturing kids’ growth. Foster collaboration, creativity, and a relentless drive for excellence & big results.
4. Drive Operational Success: Oversee seamless operations, managing stakeholders, budgets, and resources with precision to bring our vision to life.
Who You Are • Educated & Ready: Have a graduate degree and 1-2 years of experience in creating or managing programs.
Creative & Organized: Plan well and think outside the box.
Passionate Advocate: Burn with enthusiasm for shaping the next generation’s future through holistic development.
