Full job description
Due to continued business growth, Georgiou is seeking a passionate Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. You’ll play a key role in partnering with stakeholders to identify skills and capability needs while designing and delivering learning solutions that support both business and employee growth.

You’ll have the flexibility to spread your hours across 3, 4, or 5 days per week — we’re open to what works best for you.

Reporting to the Learning & Indigenous Engagement Manager, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain internal training courses and competency-based programs
Coordinate graduate, cadet, and mentoring programs across the business
Partner with HR Advisors and Business Units to identify capability needs and learning strategies
Facilitate training, team-building sessions, and planning forums
Develop and deliver engaging e-learning content
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) records and reporting
Support the design and implementation of skills and competency frameworks
Build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including RTOs and agencies

What you’re good at:

You’ll bring:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver engaging, relevant content in a classroom setting
Proven experience in a similar role within an in-house or RTO environment
Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging, competency-based training programs and frameworks
Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing e-learning courses using relevant software
Experience in identifying training needs and analysing capability gaps
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or working towards it)
This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping people grow, who thrives on building strong relationships, and enjoys shaping practical, people-focused learning solutions in a dynamic environment

Experience supporting Indigenous engagement programs and upskilling initiatives
Experience in construction, civil engineering, or similar industry environments
