Job Description
• Ensure all training and developmental activities are strategically linked to organization’s mission and vision.
• Displays leadership in guest Hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations and brand standards through promoting ibis brand attributes being mirrored in the associates.
• Travel to ibis hotels in the region – ibis Thane, ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Mumbai Airport & ibis Navi Mumbai to deliver training by utilizing various learning methods across behavioural, soft skills & brand standards.
• Institute suitable audit processes to track efficacy of training.
• Liaise closely with General Managers, Director of Learning & Talent Development and to align training execution with needs and expectations.
• Skills should include:
• 4 to 5 years of Hotel Industry expérience
• Relevant diploma / degree
• Strong operational / technical knowledge.
• Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, proactive).
