The Learning Experience Coordinator, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, will play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding journey for new team members. This will be achieved through the seamless coordination and engaging facilitation of induction days across The Star Sydney property.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our People Operations team.
A few of your responsibilities:
Coordinate and support learning programs, including scheduling dates, liaising with the Training Facilitator and relevant speakers, preparing course materials and other necessary resources
Communicate onboarding details to new team members and relevant leaders in a timely and professional manner
Complete administrative and system-related tasks accurately and within required timeframes to support smooth program delivery
Maintain training facilities to a high standard, ensuring the room is properly set up with required materials and equipment, including full setup and pack-down as needed
Support with delivery of onboarding for all new teams’ members, including facilitation of Welcome Day, Elevate and Safer Gambling Deep Dive sessions
What we are looking for:
Minimum two years of experience in a training or learning and development role within a large-scale organisation
Proficient in key systems and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Demonstrated strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering positive experiences and support
