Job Description
What you’ll get to do:
Ensure assigned applications consistently deliver business outcomes by monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and member experience.
Analyze applications and system gaps, recommending configurations, process changes, or workarounds to maintain operational continuity
Coordinate configuration, testing, and deployment of new features, upgrades, and releases.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm business requirements are met.
Serve as first point of contact for issues reported to Helpdesk, collaborating with vendors and staff to troubleshoot, find resolution and create workarounds when required.
Deliver targeted training and materials for end users to promote best practices and adoption of technology.
Maintain strong vendor relationships, participating in feature reviews, roadmap planning, and utilization workshops.
We are looking for someone with:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, plus 4-6 years of experience working within Credit Union systems. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Working knowledge of core banking systems, digital banking platforms, Microsoft 365 applications, or hands-on experience using these systems and applications in a professional setting. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to FISERV DNA, DOXIM CEM, and VeriPark VeriChannel.
Proven ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and make recommendations
Familiarity with change management principles and agile delivery methods
The ability and comfort to manage multiple change requests, roll-outs or enhancement projects with conflicting deadlines in a team environment

This is a remote work opportunity, however, some travel to Stride Credit Union branches will be required based on business needs. The successful candidate must live in Manitoba and be willing to work in-branch as required.
