We're seeking a future team member for the role of Learning Implementation Specialist to join our Learning and Leadership Development team. This role is located in Chennai - HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Ensuring large scale, global, strategic learning initiatives are successfully implemented by managing the administration required to deliver learning on time, to the right people, via our learning management system.
• Collating data to track implementation success e.g., number of learner registrations and course completions.
• Analyzing data for stakeholder and regulator reports.
• Supporting external vendors to ensure they are compliant with our internal policies.
• Using your knowledge of a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to help us integrate and re-
imagine this process as we implement our new LXP.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Track record of disciplined project management and large-scale learning program implementation, with an understanding of when to apply an agile approach.
• Experience of working on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and implementing a Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) e.g., Degreed, in a global organization, and working with third party vendors.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools e.g., Excel/PowerBI to collate, analyse and report on data.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to consult with senior stakeholders, vendors, and present in-person and virtually when required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, financial disciplines, organization development, psychology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
