Job Purpose
Become the Learning Partner for business teams to conceptualize, understand, articulate, influence, design and deliver learning interventions specific to the business strategy and goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Ability to understand business priorities and create design and deliver L&D solutions arising from TNA exercises and business strategy.
• Influence and work with stakeholders to prioritize learning at the BU level Ability to understand new trends in Learning and apply the same to Learning Outcomes.
• Ability to design and develop and facilitate trainings
• Ability to understand new technologies within the banking industry.
• Work with stakeholders to influence and prioritize the learning culture, lead a team of Learning RM's to execute and derive maximum ROI for the programs.
• Ability to identify external training programs and conferences & have understanding of Learning Systems and Application.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduate
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
