We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Teacher Engagement and Registration Branch as a Teacher Engagement and Registration Officer. This role will involve handling telephone and email enquiries from applicants, teachers, principals, early childhood managers, employers, and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities
Handle telephone and email enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders
Assess teacher registration applications in line with legislative and policy requirements
Contribute to the development of VIT business systems
Requirements
This role requires a customer service, contact centre and/or application assessment professional with experience in dealing effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills combined with a highly organised approach and a proven track record in delivering superior customer service via phones and email.
