Our team and what we'll accomplish together:

Contribute to the growth and development of TELUS Health MyCare, a leading virtual healthcare service that provides Canadians with convenient access to clinicians through their smartphones

Design and deliver interactive training programs for team members, both virtually and in-person, to enhance their skills and knowledge

Lead the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in their roles

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of internal processes and contribute to the upkeep of our internal knowledge site

Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations and step-by-step guides, that simplify complex technical systems and business concepts

Implement change management strategies for large frontline teams, supporting the continuous improvement of our services

Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions

Support TELUS Health MyCare's mission to improve Canadians' access to healthcare through innovative digital solutions

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in a learning/teaching environment, preferably in a healthcare or technology setting

Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for troubleshooting and providing clear explanations

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences

Strong presentation and public speaking skills for delivering engaging training sessions and creating impactful training decks

Experience in change management, particularly with large frontline teams

Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content

Proactive approach to identifying and addressing knowledge gaps within the organization

Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital healthcare environment

Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset

Salary Range: $55,000-$83,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
