We are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join our team as a Classroom Support Assistant at a Special Needs School in Abingdon. The successful candidate will provide support to students with a range of disabilities, including Autism, communication challenges, social interaction difficulties and language delay.
About the Position
The Classroom Support Assistant will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This will involve supporting students' academic progress, social development and independence, and participating in relevant SEN training provided by the school.
