The role

We are seeking a Lease Administration Manager to join our Sydney Retail team, overseeing the lease administration process from issuing letters of offer to lease execution and registration.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Leasing department by managing new and renewed leases, as well as handling assignments, surrenders, options, and other legal documentation across our retail asset portfolio. With a strong focus on mitigating risk associated with legal contracts, you will work closely with Leasing Executives and external solicitors to ensure positive business outcomes.

What you will be doing

Preparing lease-related documents, including offer letters, disclosure statements, negotiation letters, and legal instructions.
Coordinating lease execution and registration while ensuring compliance and risk obligations are met.
Responding to lease negotiation requests (non-commercial terms) from external solicitors.
Maintaining reporting and auditing of document status and outstanding asset-related matters.
Building strong, professional relationships with solicitors, tenants/retailers, and internal teams.

What makes you stand out

If you have substantial experience in lease administration, legal, or retail administration—and the commercial acumen to thrive in property management—this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level.

Paralegal experience would be highly regarded, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is ideal for a lease administration professional eager to advance in their property management career, bringing drive, ambition, and a keen eye for detail to a fast-paced commercial environment.
