Your Role & Impact:
Drive Revenue Growth: Manage your designated leasing portfolio to deliver revenue and profitability targets while expanding JLL's market share in the WA office leasing sector.
Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice to both landlords and tenants throughout complex office leasing transactions, from initial engagement through successful deal completion.
Business Development: Source new client opportunities, secure sole agency mandates, and build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor in the market.
Market Intelligence: Maintain comprehensive client databases, prepare market reports, and contribute to strategic forecasting initiatives.
What You Bring:
Keen interest in WA's commercial real estate market with ambition to become a market leader.
Office leasing experience preferred with successful transaction history and demonstrated fee generation capability.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and build lasting client relationships.
WA Real Estate registration/Licence required.
