Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Marketing Manager. The Leasing Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of all marketing and leasing activities for commercial properties in Chennai. The role requires frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams including Property Management, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service, while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and processes as well as building strong relationships with clients, staff and vendors.
Qualifications
• Resident Retention and Customer Service skills
• Property Management and Sales & Marketing experience
• Experience in Student Housing is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Real Estate marketing and leasing is a plus
