In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our stores have the right locations, strong leasing arrangements, and long-term sustainability. Whether you’ve got years of experience or you’re just starting out, we’re open to the right person with the right attitude.
What You'll Do
Manage new and existing lease agreements across our store network
Negotiate lease terms and maintain strong, positive relationships with landlords, stakeholder & franchisees.
Prepare, review, and organise leasing documentation and reports
Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and operational requirements
Support management with accurate, timely information to guide property decisions and long-term strategies
Work closely with our Managing Director who will guide and mentor you.
Assist with managing arrears and coordinating maintenance matters
Handle ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
Respond to incoming enquiries promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous commercial real estate experience in the hospitality industry is highly regarded
Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer role or similar is a MUST
Superb written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
Great attention to detail and organisation
A professional, proactive attitude
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
