Lecturer – Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology
Employment Type: Full time (35 hour a week)
Duration: 3-year Fixed Term contract
Remuneration: $112K - $132K p.a. (+17% super and leave loading)
Location: Sydney, NSW
Work rights: Must have full working right for at least the duration of the contract
Why this role matters
You will make a significant contribution to the delivery of the Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology programs teaching within the discipline, and through content development within sub-disciplinary areas related to clinical exercise physiology.

Who You Are
• A PhD in a related discipline, and/or relevant work experience
• Current accreditation or ability to gain accreditation in Exercise Science and/or Exercise Physiology with Exercise and Sports Science Australia
• Actively stays up to date with discipline knowledge and professional development
• Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design, development and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
• Experience using and/or designing with educational technologies and online delivery methods
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence (e.g. relevant discipline-based curriculum design and development at a variety of levels and scales)
• Demonstrated experience in exercise assessment, prescription, and delivery for populations with chronic diseases
• Evidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills
• Evidence of ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and support student equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives
