Job Description
We seek a talented and experienced faculty member to join our team as a Fashion Communication Faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in fashion marketing, fashion communication, or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of industry experience for Lecturer, 7-10 years for Assistant Professor.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• engaging in research, scholarly activities, and professional development to stay updated with current industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in fashion;
• developing and administering assessments, projects, and examinations to evaluate students' understanding and progress;
• providing constructive feedback to students on their work, helping them refine their skills, and supporting their academic and professional growth;
• fostering connections with fashion designers, publication houses, export houses, PR agencies, and industry professionals to provide students with exposure to real-world fashion and practices;
• organizing guest lectures, industry visits, and collaborations to provide students with exposure to real-world fashion and practices.
