About the Role
As an Legal Administration Assistant, you will be a customer service superstar and play a key role in supporting our dynamic, friendly and inclusive professional team in Adelaide. You will work closely with our Legal Assistants and Solicitors to provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Attending to in-bound calls and general reception duties.
Assisting with the preparation of documents and forms.
Managing all in office duties including procurement of stationery and pantry items, postage and delivery service.
Electronic and manual filing.
Undertaking data entry.
Performing other administrative tasks as requested.
