Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your legal expertise in a new cutting-edge field by joining our legal department. You’ll work alongside motivated and passionate teammates in North Sydney. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of adminstrative and secretarial tasks, including expense management and contract support. You'll work closely with the finance and procurement teams, primarily supporting the Legal Director while also assisting the wider legal team.

We’ll look to you for the following activities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Legal and Contract Management Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
Legal Function Assistance: Support the Legal Director, Senior Legal Counsel, and Contract Managers with contract management, legal documentation, and compliance processes.
Company Secretarial Duties: Assist with ASIC filings, director/secretary changes, board meeting preparations, and maintenance of company records and registers.
Contract and Document Management: Oversee the execution, filing, and archiving of legal contracts, leases, NDAs, and Power of Attorney documents, ensuring proper approvals and storage.
Financial and Insurance Administration: Manage legal and insurance-related purchase orders, invoice validation, and reporting, as well as coordinate insurance renewal documentation.
Ethics, Training, and Office Support: Promote ethical standards, assist with legal training and events, and provide general support for office operations and site activities.

Previous legal administration experience in a large corporation or law firm
Familiarity with public tenders
Experience with document control, quality management and administrative procedures

Strong communication skills, resilience and team spirit
