2. Contractual Advisory
• Advise clients on the types of contracts needed for their business operations, such as service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
• Provide guidance on the purpose and importance of each contract type.
3. Policy Advisory
• Recommend internal policies required for the client’s business, including HR policies, data protection policies, and operational compliance frameworks.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Advisory
• Advise clients on protecting their intellectual property, such as trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Provide consultation on IP-related strategies and agreements.
5. Client Communication
• Clearly explain legal concepts, requirements, and potential risks to clients in an accessible manner.
• Offer practical solutions to address legal challenges.
6. Continuous Learning and Updates
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide relevant and accurate advice.
• Inform clients of legal changes that may impact their business operations.
QUALIFICATION:
• Law graduate with a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
• Proven experience in client consultation, including assessing legal needs and providing strategic advice.
• Expertise in onboarding new clients, understanding their business models, and aligning legal strategies accordingly.
