Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Legal Compliance :
- Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
- Contract Management :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements are in the best interest of the company.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution :
- Manage and oversee litigation cases involving the company.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
- Develop strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Risk Management :
- Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Advise on regulatory issues and risk management strategies.
- Legal Advice :
- Provide legal advice to senior management on various matters including employment law, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping :
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all legal documents and correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of legal documentation.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within the ******* industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of handling legal matters and managing litigation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and use of legal databases.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
